Is there a bond?
Yes please read all of the booking terms prior to booking which includes all of the bond details.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes there is $150 cleaning fee for all evening functions. The cleaning fee is $250 for all 21st birthdays.
There are large bins provided outside for all rubbish to go into.
The venue is still required to be left as it was found and all rubbish removed at the end of the booking but the cleaning fee covers steam mopping of the floors, wiping down of the kitchen and toilets.
Can we bring in extra furniture, equipment, caterers or vendors?
Absolutely! You can bring in whatever you like if these require drop off or pick times outside of the booking this can be arranged.
Please be aware all vendors or caterers need to have their own public liability insurance.
Bouncy castles need to be under 2.8m to set up inside but there is space in the courtyard for them of any size or height.

What facilities are included?
Full kitchen including large fridge and oven, sink, kettle, male and female toilets, courtyard area (not paved).
What types of events can be held at the Haus?
You can host any type of event, workshop, and seminar that you like apart from 18th birthday parties in the evening.
Where can I park?
There is ample free street and verge parking directly in front of the warehouse.
A maximum of 2 cars can be parked at the rear of the warehouse. No parking or unloading in the alleyway.
What is the Haus’s capacity?
We have an 80 person capacity.
Do my booking times include bump in/out?
You need to include 1 hour either side of your party for set up and pack up for any booking less than 4 hours.
If your booking is over 4 hours you get an hour either side of this included.
For example a booking from 10am-2pm can have access from 8am-3pm at no extra charge.
For weekday hire please email to discuss for weekend hire bump in and out are included in the prices.
Do you have COVID guidelines?
Yes all attendees must complete log in with the SAFE WA app or write down on the manual log this is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure this occurs, all surfaces are disinfected between hirings and our capacity is 80 people which also falls in line with the 2 square metre rule.
